ELECTRONIC SALES Executive (B2B)

Job Summary:
We are building a High Performance Team here at ROBU.IN & have vacancies for B2B Sales Executives to join our team. Kindly note this is an Experienced-Level position, suitable for recent Graduates or candidates having completed their Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree into Electronics/ Electronics & Tele-Communication (E&TC), Mechatronics or any relevant Educational background; Someone having a minimum of 1 to 2 years of Electronic Sales Engineer experience or someone at-least having worked as a Sales Engineer for Sale of different types of Electronics/Mechanical or Engineering Products & Components.

Number of Positions: 01 only 

Experience: 1 to 2 Years’ experience in Sales/Electronics Sales profile for Electronics/Mechanical or Engineering Products & Components.

CTC & Salary Range:

Electronics Sales Executive: Rs. 3,00,343/- to Rs.4,23,227/- per annum (In-hand Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- per month (Fixed) + PF, ESIC, Gratuity & Health Insurance Benefits

Sales Incentive based on Target Achievements 

Educational Qualification: Recent Graduates or candidates having completed their Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree into Electronics/Electronics & Tele-Communication (E&TC), Mechatronics or any relevant Educational background will be preferred.

Desirable Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills in English (Both verbal and written), Hindi and Marathi.
  • Good Convincing skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Electronics/Electrical Products & Components, someone who is able to give Technical details of Electronic Products and is approachable to the customers/clients.
  • We are looking for someone who has knowledge and sales experience about Electronic components, Electronic Boards, Batteries and so on.
  • Basically someone who has worked in Sales/Electronics Sales Engineer profile for Electronics/Electrical products will be suitable for this job role.

Job Responsibilities:

The Sales Executive will help to promote products of the company to the customers/clients and negotiate with the aim of maximizing profits for the company. Sell electronics/mechanical or engineering products, parts or related products & services to the customers/clients based on their needs or requirements (Electronic components, Electronic Boards, Batteries and so on).

The Major Job Responsibilities that the Sales Executives will handle are:

  • Achieving the Sales Targets.
  • Maintaining average margins.
  • New Customer additions and Customer retention.
  • Analyze needs of customers/clients and consult them accordingly.
  • Recommend products, equipment’s or services of company to the customers/clients as per their needs or requirements.
  • Negotiate terms of Sales & Services with customers/clients.
  • Document Sales by creating and updating records of Customer/Clientele profiles.
  • Any other responsibilities that the job may require from time to time.
