Junior Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are building a High-Performance Team here at ROBU.IN & have vacancy for an Jr. Accounts Executive to join our team. Please note this is an entry-level position, suitable for B.com qualified Candidate with Knowledge of Accounting, Finance software – ODOO/SAP. Candidate who has done Article ship for 06 months -to- 1 year with a reputed CA firm will be more preferred or someone having a similar work experience.

Number of Positions: 02 Required.

Experience: Fresher, 6 months – 1 Years or similar profile experienced.

Salary: Rs.12,000/- to Rs.15,000/- Per Month (In-hand Salary) + PF, ESIC, & Health Insurance Benefits (As per Experience). (CTC: ₹1,92,300.00 – ₹2,38,100.00 per year).

Educational Qualification: B.com with Knowledge of Accounting/ Finance software – ODOO/TALLY-PRIME/SAP. (Candidate who’s done article ship for 6 months-to 1 yrs. at reputed CA firm will be preferred).

Skills Required:

1. Basic Knowledge of Accounting in Odoo-ERP (PRIMARY Skill).
2. Basic Knowledge of Accounting in Tally (Secondary Skill).
3. Proficient in Excel/Advance Excel.
4. Good in English communication (Verbal as well as Written).

Job Responsibilities:

1) Vendor payments and Sales Payment Reconciliation.

2) Daily basis banking related work.

3) Payment collection/ Follow-up (via email/ call).

4) Maintain Tally software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial data entry.

2) Office Filing and Document Management.

5) Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other statutory compliance like GST and TDS.

6) Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.
