Sales Executive – Outbound/Inside Sales

Job Summary:

We at Robu.In have a dedicated B2B-Sales Team who engages with Customers/Clients for all kinds of Sales related activities. Each Sales Executive is assigned with a certain set of customers/clients, through which they take efforts for achieving their Sales target. But all through this, after placing orders, initially some of our customers go stagnant and they lose engagement with us. In this way we have classified our customers into Performing Accounts (PA) and Non-Performing Accounts(NPA).

We are looking for smart-working, talented & fluent communicating, Sales Executives for Outbound Sales and help convert the Non-Performing Accounts into the Performing onesThe major job role of the Sales Executive – Outbound/Inside Sales will be calling up such customers (NPA’s) and understand the reasons behind their non-engagement and help resolve any issues or problems they have, which will in turn result to Sales and help convert the accounts into Performing modes.

Number Of Positions: 04 only.

Experience: Freshers, 0.6 months-to-1 Years’ Experience, Relevant Experience in Out-bound Sales, Sales SupportTele-Sales or Inside-Sale’s for Electronic Products & Components.

Salary Range: 

₹1,92,286/- to ₹2,53,355/- Fixed CTC per year + (Additional) Variable Incentives Up-to Rs.72,000/- per year based on performance/sales (NPA) conversions. (₹12,000 to ₹16,000 In-hand Per Month + ₹1,000 to ₹6,000 Variable Incentives based on performance/sales conversion) + P.F + ESIC + Gratuity & Health Insurance Benefit provided by company.

Educational Qualification:

Preferred: ITI/Diploma/B.E in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications (E&TC), Mechatronics, OR any Graduate’s with relevant experience into Tele-Sales/Out-bound Sales.

Required Key Skills:

  • Good verbal & written English communication is must/compulsory.
  • Microsoft Excel & Basic knowledge of Computer operations.
  • Relevant Experience in Out-bound Sales, Sales SupportTele-Sales or Inside-Sale’sfor Electronic Products & Components.

Job Responsibilities: 

The main job responsibilities of the Sales Executive – Outbound/Inside Sales will be:

  • Daily calling the Customers/Clients from the Non-Performing Accounts (NPA’s) and understanding the reasons behind low or no business.
  • Resolving issues related to Service/Pricing of the products of requirements by coordinating with the Sales Executive’s.
  • Researching the web for the Competitor’s products for comparative study to assist Customers better.
  • Properly understanding the electronic technicalities and functions.
  • Mailing of the shipping details and proper invoices to the customers.
