We, at Robu.in, are looking for a Leadership role for our Supplier Onboarding Programme.

What is Supplier Onboarding Programme?

Robu.in is a one stop solution for all the electronics hardware & component needs. We distribute products of some of the very highly reputed & popular electronics brands in India. Such as Raspberry-Pi, Arduino, Seeed, Ai-Thinker, Nextion Displays, Kamoer Pumps to name a few. With a presence of almost 7 years in this field we have grown from strength to strength. To multiply our current business more rapidly into B2B we are looking to build a team of experts which will manage all the onboarding activities with these suppliers by negotiating the terms of business with them.

Experience:- 7-to-10 years of experience in Electronics Industry in Techno-Commercial roles with at-least 2+ years of experience in a Leadership role.

Salary Range/CTC: ₹ 10 -to- 12 LPA (In-hand: ₹ 76936/- to ₹ 93211/-).

Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech – Electronics/E&TC preferred. Graduates from other domain can also apply.

Required skills:

  • Must have: 7 -to- 10 years of experience in Electronics Industry in Techno-Commercial roles with at-least 2+ years of experience in Leadership role.
  • Experience in business dealings with the top-level executives of the organizations and with professional level negotiation skills.
  • Thorough Knowledge of electronics industry, one must be very well conversant with the IC brands like Texas Instruments, ST Microchip, Littlefuse, Allegro etc. and how they operate.
  • Should possess necessary techno-commercial skills to understand tech+sales side requirements.
  • Should be able to work and adapt in a dynamic and fast changing startup environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and written skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about their work.
  • Always eager to learn and improve

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the existing state of Robu brand portfolio and customer landscape and chart a next course of action to expand it within some timeline.
  • Prioritizing the onboarding based on the existing customer data and their businesses.
  • Getting in touch with the various brands and their executives (who manage the distribution of the brand PAN India) to understand their current terms of distribution and business expectations so as to arrive at some agreement of distribution.
  • Making familiar the existing sales team with the newly onboarded brand so that it can assist them in selling it.
  • Report making on sales performance of the newly onboarded brand to have good trackability of sales progress.
  • Visiting electronics industry expos, domestic and international, as a Robu Representative and generate/develop new business opportunities.
  • Expanding the onboarding team as and when needed.
