Job Summary:

Robu.In is currently seeking for 02 Tele-Caller’s to join our B2B Sales Team. The Tele-Caller’s will be responsible for reaching out to our existing “B2B-Customers” and introduce them to Robu’s B2B Segments & Benefits, including Bulk Discounts, Dedicated Account Managers, and other Value-Added Services. The successful candidates will play a crucial part in helping build and maintain strong customer relationships and drive the Sales growth.

We are looking for smart candidates having good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and who will able to handle stress/work pressures well. The candidate should possess good listening skills, and ability to think quickly, make a recommendation or provide solutions to the clients’. A clear & pleasant speaking voice with fluency in English is must. Please note this is an entry-level position and is suitable for Freshers or Candidates with at-least 0-to-1 years of experience in Customer Care profile, Sales SupportTele-Calling for Electronic Products & Components or any similar role.

Number Of Positions: 02 only.

Experience: Freshers, 0.6 months-to-1 Years’, relevant experience in Customer Care profile, Sales SupportTele-Calling for Electronic Products & Components or any similar role.

Salary Range: 

₹2,22,821/– to ₹2,68,616/- CTC Per Annum. (₹14,000 to ₹17,000 In-Hand Salary Per Month) + P.F + ESIC + Gratuity & Health Insurance Benefit provided by the company.

Educational Qualification:

ITI/Diploma/B.E in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications (E&TC), Mechatronics, OR Any Graduate’s/12th Passed with relevant experience into Tele-Calling, Customer Care or any similar role.

Required Key Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Tele-Caller or a similar profile/role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers/clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM Software and sales tools will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and any additional regional languages would be advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of electronic components or technical products would be preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field would be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities: 

The major job responsibilities of the Tele-Caller/Tele-Calling Executive will be:

  • Contacting existing Robu-B2B Customer’s via phone to promote Robu’s B2B Segments & Benefits.
  • Introducing and explain the advantages of Bulk Discounts, Dedicated Account Managers, and other Value-Added Services.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM System.
  • Achieving weekly and monthly targets as set by the Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Sale’s Team to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide feed-backs and suggestions to improve Sales processes and Customer experience.
