74LCX08MTCX – 3.6V Low Voltage Quad 2-Input AND Gate 5V Tolerant Inputs 14-Pin TSSOP – ON Semiconductor

The LCX08 contains four 2-input AND gates. The inputs tolerate voltages up to 7V allowing the interface of 5V systems to 3V systems.

3. Power down high-impedance inputs and outputs
4. Latch-up performance exceeds JEDEC 78 conditions
