The CH340N is a USB to Serial Bridge IC with a built-in 12MHz crystal, encapsulated in an SOP8 150mil (8-PIN) package. It offers a compact and integrated solution for interfacing USB with serial communication, making it suitable for various applications.

Yet another member of the popular CH340 family of USB-to-serial converter chips. This particular variant CH340N is designed with an internal clock and a small SOP8 package saving a lot of PCB space for certain applications.
