    I don’t know what the problem in your website but i can’t write review of lm317 , so I’m writing here , some time ago i brought lm317 2pack and both of them are looking good and show the correct voltage in test but when I draw current it reaches on 200mA in both, the same circuit i made with different lm317 that i have laying around and it work just fine.
