NCP1117DT50G-ONSEMI-Fixed LDO Voltage Regulator, 20V in, 1.07V Dropout, 5V/1A out, TO-252-3

The NCP1117DT50G is a positive Low Dropout Linear Voltage Regulator capable of providing an output current that is more than 1A with a maximum dropout voltage of 1.2V at 800mA over temperature. Also included is an adjustable output version that can be programmed from 1.25 to 18.8V with two external resistors. On-chip trimming adjusts the reference/output voltage to within ±1.0% accuracy. Internal protection features consist of output current limiting, safe operating area compensation, and thermal shutdown.
