The PoE+ hat seems to work fine, though it has a number of problems which have been described in various online reviews. The biggest probelm I faced is that there is no case (at least in India) which will accomodate the PoE+ hat, not even the official RPi cases. So if you want to run it solo in a case, you’re out of luck. Also, it get’s pretty hot, so keep it ventilated!
