Once again Wanhao leads the way when it comes to high quality and a price that are really attractive! This price is for a pre-assembled printer with a Prusa core design. The team Wanhao is very happy to present you this printer which is going to be a real success.
The newest edition in the Duplicator family is a huge step forward! This time Wanhao and 3D Prima present a printer that is good enough to use as a semi-professional Wanhao Duplicator 3D Printer, but at a price that you can’t really believe and that is hard to beat!
Wanhao Duplicator i3 comes fully assembled and ready to use. It’s based on the open and reliable Prusa i3 design which means that you can grow with the printer, modify it and enjoy it for a long time. The Wanhao i3 comes with a heated build plate, USB connection, SD card reader and an LCD screen. It also boasts the brand new MK10 extruder – that means that you are free to use almost any filament you prefer, PLA, ABS, PETG, take your pick.
Wanhao Duplicator i3 is built on a sturdy all steel frame design with a metal carriage, this will improve your prints and make sure that you have a printer that sits firmly on your desk without any heavy vibrations that will interfere with the print. This new printer is also equipped with the latest generation of the well appreciated MK10 single extruder and this fact alone is a very good indication of what this printer is able to deliver. A new design feature is that the electronics housing is a standalone part, this fact should greatly decrease almost all electromagnetic interference.
We think that this printer can stand up against the best and if you combine this with the incredible pricing you have a printer that is hard to beat – on any level!!
Better features than machines 3 times the price…
Among the features packed neatly into this printer are an MK10 single extruder with cooling fan, a g_code-based micro-controller, and a standard Heated Build Plate. Unlike most other Prusa offerings on the market, the Di3 V2.1 comes standard with a fan-cooled electronics housing and a custom filament holder. For the value, this machine cannot be beaten. This printer is the ultimate RepRap!
The MK10 hotend is all-metal with the exception of the industrial-grade PTFE insert and allows temps up to 260°C. Higher temperature capability allows the use of more materials and faster printing speeds. Extra-long 45mm LM8UU bearings guide the extruder assembly for better lateral tracking. The Z-Axis endstop switch comes secured to a height-adjustable bracket allowing the freedom to choose between any of your favorite build plates.

Abhijeet Londhe (verified owner) –
Great 3D Printer. Its been one month I am using this printer. No issues yet!
The pros of this printer are:
1. Great print quality (tested PLA and ABS both)
2. Sturdy metal body
3. Quick print settings
4. Wide Wanhao support community
5. Simple installation
I faced following issues at start:
1. The main frame was not squared. I had spend some time aligning the frame.
2. There was metal clinking sound from the power unit. I opened the unit to find out extra solder metal. (Though this won’t happen in most cases!)
3. AC Plug is not standard Indian plug. You will need Universal adapter to use the printer.
Except these points, it is value for money. Recently finished 8 hour print on the printer, and print was perfect.
