LM2623MMX/NOPB – 14V 2A LM2623 Gated-Oscillator-Based DC-DC Boost Converter IC

The LM2623MMX/NOPB from Texas Instruments is a 14V, 2A boost converter with a gated-oscillator design, offering an adjustable output voltage from 1.24 V to 14 V and an input voltage range of 800 mV to 14 V. It supports a switching frequency between 300 kHz to 2 MHz and operates with a low supply current of 80 µA.
