LT6700IS6-1#TRMPBF is a micropower, low voltage, dual comparator with 400mV reference. This comparator has one input available externally, the other inputs are connected internally to the reference. The comparator outputs are open collectors and the output load can be referred to any voltage up to 18V, independent of supply voltage. The output stage sinking capability is guaranteed to be greater than 5mA over temperature. It is widely used in applications like battery-powered system monitoring, threshold detectors, window comparators, relay driving, industrial control systems, handheld instruments, automotive monitors, and controls.

1. Total threshold error is ±1.25% maximum at 25°C
2. One inverting input and one noninverting input, suitable for use as a window comparator
3. Low quiescent current is 6.5µA typical at 5V
4. Internal hysteresis is 6.5mV typical
5. Low input bias current is ±10nA maximum at VS = 1.4V, 18V, VIN = VS, TA = 25°C
6. Over-The-Top® input also includes ground, open-collector outputs that allow level translation
7. Supply current is 5.7µA typical at (VS = 1.4V), TA = 25°C
