3D PRINTER MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Job Summary:

We are building a High-Performance Team here at ROBU.IN and are currently searching for a qualified, reliable 3D PRINTER MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN, to join our team. Please note this is an Entry-level position, suitable for Diploma/B.E completed, qualified Candidates. As a 3D Printer Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for managing all the Installations, Repairs, Maintenance and Up-keeping Operations of our Machines. Your duties will include machinery maintenance, planning repair activities, and developing maintenance procedures, along with resolving the technical queries of customers regarding 3-D Printers.

Number of Positions: 01 only.

Experience: Freshers/0 -to- 3 Years experience with good Knowledge of 3D Printing Machines (Installations, Repairs & Maintenance).

Salary: Rs.1,92,286/- Per Year (In-Hand: Rs.12,000 per month) to Rs.3,61,785/- Per Year (In-Hand: Rs.25,000 per month).

Educational Qualification: Diploma/B.E completed.

Desirable Skills:

1. Good knowledge of FDM, SLAz, and 3D Printing Technology.
2. Good understanding of the Technical Features of Machinery and Electrical/Electronics Systems.
3. Strong knowledge of Machines and Equipment.
4. Microsoft Office, Excel, Fluent English Communication Skills, Mail Writing.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Resolving Technical Queries of Customers regarding 3D-Printers.

2. Supervising and leading all Maintenance processes and operations.

3. Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.

4. Maintaining all machineries to ensure they are at working standards.

5. Creating and implementing maintenance procedures.

6. Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.

7. Planning and managing all repair and installation activities.

8. Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates.

9. Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.

10. Overseeing equipment stocks and placing orders for new supplies as and when necessary.

11. Responding to breakdowns.

12. Diagnosing faults.
