Job Summary:

We are building a High-Performance Team here at ROBU.IN & have a vacancy for a Back-End Purchase Support Executive to join our team. Please note this is an Entry-Level position, suitable for ITI/Diploma/ Undergraduates/Graduates of any Discipline or someone having 0 to 1 years of Back-End purchase, Purchase Support or any Back-End profile experience with Basic Computer/MS-Excel Knowledge.

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Back-End Purchase Support Executive to join our team. You will provide support to the Purchase Team members and respond to other departments/prospect queries. You will undertake administrative tasks & activities pertaining to the Purchase Department. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute in creating and maintaining good relationships, ensuring smooth operations of the Purchase Department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
  2. Preparing required essential documents for the Purchase Department like Purchase Order (PO) Invoice, Packing-list, Shipping documents for Import-Export.
  3. Updating and maintaining internal databases with order details (Dates, Vendors, Quantities, Discounts) along with records of invoices and contracts.
  4. Follow up with Suppliers/Vendors as and when needed, to change orders or to pick-up the orders.
  5. Follow up with the Accounts team for timely payment to Suppliers/Vendors.
  6. Providing the desired data as and when needed by Purchase Engineer, making the P2P Cycle more effective and efficient.

Desirable Skills:

Good Presentation, Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills, Basic Computer/MS Office knowledge, sound Technical knowledge of Electronics, Semi-conductors, Sensors, Modules and Boards.

Educational Qualification:
