Ordered x1 carbon combo worth almost 2L from robu B2B as the experience in the past has been ok. Order placed on 17th April, was told it should be delivered by April end. Received on 30th May after weeks of delays, and in a damaged condition! Glass was shattered! Suffered losses in business due to the delays. And now facing another delay. Highly unreliable, better to order from a reputed vendor for your business needs, even if at a premium and avoid bluedart as well.
